This is just the beginning of the bubble. It will get worse before it gets better. Many of the people you see retiring now have the money to retire, and their home mortgages are paid off.

The baby boomers had kids early; they are done, and demographics do not lie. The big problem is the baby bust. The new generation does not have enough children to replenish the loss of employment. It is a real problem. It has to do with age and quality of life, not RTO. Just my two cents, but the math doesn't lie.
